Trusses & Lumber

Our trusses are designed and manufactured in a St. Johnsonville, NY assembly facility for Mohawk Metals. We can draw a truss design from your blueprints and build to spec. We also supply complete layout plans with our deliveries to assist you in the installation of your roofing and flooring systems.  Some common sizes of trusses are usually in stock at the manufacturing facility.  Custom sets can take several weeks in the busy season so it’s a good idea to order trusses as soon as you finalize your building schedule.  From the finely detailed house plan up to 100’ clear span commercial trusses, our staff can provide you with all your roofing needs.

Industry Leading Lumber Supplies 

We usually have every type and size of lumber needed for pole buildings in stock at our Westmoreland facility.  This includes posts, manufactured LVL headers, and 2 by lumber from 4″ through 12″.  House building is not our primary focus, so we don’t stock a lot of plywood or OSB products, but we do have ability to pull these from local wholesale warehouses on order at competitive prices. 

We have developed relationships with above average lumber mills around the country to bring in an excellent product at competitive prices.  Every order is pulled and loaded by a staff member to keep quality high.  If you need a perfect board for a specific application, we will do our best to meet the request, but overall we can maintain higher quality than the picked-over selection at many self-serve suppliers.
