Company History
Mohawk Metal Manufacturing and Sales is an experienced Upstate New York company with well over a decade at our current location. The founder William Schrock has been in the metal industry for many years, first as an installing contractor then as a supplier. William operated White River Metal Sales in Indiana from 1998 until 2006. He then sold the company to move from Indiana to the Empire State.
Beginning in 2009 William Schrock started selling metal products from his home. By spring 2011 Mohawk Metal was growing and William took the next step and built a new 7,000 square foot office and warehouse. This was followed over the years by other additions as the need arose. With now over 24,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space virtually every component of a pole building or metal roof is either in stock or can be quickly manufactured.
As demand for metal roofing continues to grow for a wide variety of applications, Mohawk Metal offers many styles and colors to fit any buildings personality. Along with the variety of products and different styles, the production of Mohawk Metal’s products is much “greener” than alternative material. Less oil is used in production, and the final product lasts much longer after installation.
Mohawk Metal Manufacturing and Sales has a solution for just about any construction need. We are large enough to be competitive but also enjoy filling the needs of small-scale do-it-yourself projects. With several lifetimes of combined experience in our staff we can be a trusted source of how-to info, as well as the products to see your project to completion.
